The Dishwasher role at MorningStar Senior Living Pasadena is a vital position that contributes directly to the health and safety of our residents by ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of all dishware, cooking utensils, and dietary equipment. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, featuring a consistent schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The dishwasher is entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing and dietary areas, guaranteeing that all sanitation standards comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. This role promotes teamwork and respect among staff members and residents alike, helping to provide a seamless dining experience for all residents.

As a dishwasher at our community, you will be responsible for scraping, racking, and washing soiled dishes efficiently while ensuring that all dish machines operate at the correct temperatures for wash and rinse cycles. You will also handle sorting, stacking, and storing clean dishes with diligence. Beyond the dish area, assisting in meal preparation and helping out in the dining room as needed will be a part of your responsibilities, reflecting the team-oriented culture we embrace.
