Job Requirements
- high school diploma, ged, or equivalent
- preferred food safety certification
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- willingness to work full time, 40 hours per week
- ability to work first shift hours from 10:30 am to 7 pm
- ability to work every other weekend
Job Qualifications

- preferred certification in food safety (Hi. Set. Serv. Safe)
- willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- manage tray assembly
- deliver and retrieve carts throughout the hospital
- remove trays and load/unload conveyor-type dish machine
- maintain strict food safety and equipment sanitation
- accurately assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders and allergies
- maintain temperature, quality control, and quality assurance logs
- clean and sanitize all equipment and floors at end of shifts
