The organization is home to several hospitals, including Baystate Franklin Hospital, located in Greenfield, MA, and is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees can grow personally and professionally.

Baystate Health’s commitment to excellence extends beyond clinical services to include vital support functions that help maintain high standards in patient care. One such essential role is the Dishwasher - Sanitation Aide position based at Baystate Franklin Hospital. The individual will practice safe sanitation techniques, including correct use of gloves, personal hygiene standards, and handling of sanitizing chemicals according to established quality assurance protocols.

Baystate Health offers this position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.34 to $21.46, dependent on relevant experience. Employees benefit from working in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a balanced schedule that involves a first shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including an every-other-weekend rotation. The hospital provides onsite parking for employee convenience.

Working as a Dishwasher - Sanitation Aide at Baystate Health means joining a dynamic, fast-paced work setting where adaptability and teamwork are highly valued. The organization is committed to supporting employee growth through comprehensive benefits including health coverage, wellness initiatives, tuition support, career development opportunities, retirement plans with company match contributions, and additional support services such as first-time homebuyer assistance and financial coaching. The role serves as an excellent entry point for individuals eager to establish and build sustainable careers within the healthcare support services sector.
