El Molino is a Mexico City-inspired bistro operated by Vandelay Companies, known for its elevated Mexican cuisine, wood-fired cooking, refined cocktails, and warm hospitality. This restaurant combines the vibrant culture of Mexico City with the timeless elegance of European bistros, offering guests a sophisticated and energetic dining experience. El Molino is celebrated for its premium fajitas, chef-driven cuisine, handcrafted margaritas, and lively atmosphere, making it a popular spot where guests come to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. Every aspect, from the quality of the food and beverage to the warmth of each interaction, reflects the commitment to provide a memorable, welcoming, and distinctly Vandelay experience. Hospitality at El Molino goes beyond mere service; it is about creating meaningful moments and genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs, and delivering polished, energetic, and effortlessly hospitable experiences throughout their visit.
The Dishwasher role at El Molino is essential to maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency. The position involves washing and sanitizing all tableware, cookware, and equipment, ensuring that the culinary and service teams have what they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Dishwashers at El Molino are responsible for keeping the dish room clean, orderly, and fully stocked, performing end-of-night cleaning duties, and helping prepare the back-of-house for upcoming shifts. This role demands reliability, strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The dishwasher supports the smooth operation of the kitchen and is a crucial part of the team that enables guests to enjoy their meals in a clean and safe environment. This is a position for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and who are eager to contribute to a positive team environment with a hospitality-first mindset.
El Molino offers a competitive hourly wage range of $14 to $17 per hour, health insurance for both full and part-time employees, and employee dining discounts. The company emphasizes not only professional development and career growth opportunities, but also a flexible schedule that respects employees' work-life balance, including closure on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July. At Vandelay Companies and El Molino, inclusivity and equal employment opportunities are paramount, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all team members regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or other protected categories. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented in their work, and interested in joining a collaborative, uplifting company culture dedicated to taking care of its people first and foremost.
