- Food handler's permit as required
- flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Washing all dishes and assisting cooks in preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals
- completing all cleaning duties on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with federal, state, and local procedures
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- supporting kitchen staff as needed
- managing waste disposal appropriately
