Job Duties

  • Polishes silverware using various methods including burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels
  • Maintains kitchen safety by complying with outlined procedures, including proper use of protective gear
  • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold sanitation and safety standards
  • Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces
  • Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans, and assists with loading and unloading supplies
