Within this dynamic and fast-paced environment, Oak View Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares used during events. The Dishwasher ensures that these items are properly washed, sanitized, and ready for use in a clean and contamination-free state. This position is integral to supporting the hospitality operations at entertainment venues managed by OVG, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
This is a part-time hourly position paying $20.00 per hour. The role requires excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled, reflecting the dynamic nature of live entertainment. The Dishwasher will contribute to maintaining safe, sanitary, and well-organized food service areas by following stringent food safety policies, including the proper use of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and compliance with all relevant food and product safety standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Good attendance and availability to work scheduled events
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow M.S.D.S. criteria and Food and Beverage policies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Job Duties
- Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk
- Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
- Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition
- Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning
- Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
