At Friendship Village Chesterfield, the commitment to excellence extends beyond serving residents; it embraces creating a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, respect, and professional growth for all staff members.

Currently, Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher to join their Skilled Nursing dining services team. This role is vital in supporting the kitchen and dining operations by ensuring all kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. While previous experience in dishwashing, kitchen utility, restaurant, or food service is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this a great opportunity for individuals new to the hospitality or healthcare dining services industry who possess a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

The Dishwasher role demands attention to detail, the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, and the capability to work efficiently either independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential as the position supports a team-oriented atmosphere aimed at providing outstanding care and service to residents.

Moreover, Friendship Village Chesterfield values employee wellbeing and career advancement, offering competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; a 403(b) retirement plan with a 50 percent match up to 4 percent; employee referral incentives; career advancement prospects; on-demand pay options; pet insurance; and free life insurance. These perks illustrate the community's dedication to nurturing not only the health and happiness of residents but also the satisfaction and growth of its workforce.

As an equal employment opportunity employer, Friendship Village Chesterfield promotes a discrimination-free workplace based on race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, or veteran status. The community also complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act, ensuring accessibility and supporting applicants who may require assistance throughout the hiring process.

This Dishwasher role is a critical support position within Friendship Village Chesterfield’s Skilled Nursing dining services, presenting a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the wellness and comfort of senior residents.
