Job Duties
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchenware storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
