The Dishwasher / Lavaplatos role at Uchiko Miami Beach offers a full-time position requiring weekend and night shift availability. Job Duties

  • Perform dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties in a busy kitchen environment
  • lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
  • stock inventory and restock supplies
  • stand and walk for extended periods
  • bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs and work in close proximity to coworkers
  • use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently and maintain a neat, organized workspace
  • clean surfaces regularly and properly store supplies
  • occasionally lift, push, or pull objects like tables and chairs to reconfigure seating
