The company is currently seeking seasonal Dishwashers for the KeyBank Center in Buffalo. This seasonal role is pivotal to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, directly impacting the quality of food and beverage service. Dishwashers will ensure all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned efficiently and stored properly. The role demands physical stamina, as employees will be required to carry weight, stand for extended periods, and operate cleaning equipment. Pay for this position starts at $16.25 per hour, and the work schedules are flexible, covering events, day, evening, and night shifts.

Job Requirements
- Ability to carry up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- Capacity to follow directions
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, days, and events
- Physical stamina for pushing, pulling, and moving equipment
- Comfortable working in variable temperature environments
- Must be cooperative and able to work effectively in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaning role is an advantage but not required
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Capability to maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- Physical ability to carry up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing and bending
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher
- Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
- Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas
- Organize kitchenware storage
- Remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
