Job Duties

  • Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift
  • Follow daily cleaning routines and complete all checklists
  • Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
  • Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
  • Break down and remove all garbage and boxes to dumpster or designated areas
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready
  • Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate and meet kitchen needs
  • Help maintain dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
  • Assist with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and team members
