The role of Dishwasher at Ravenscroft School, located at 7409 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC, is a full-time position with a weekday schedule, offering hours Monday through Friday with no holidays or weekend shifts, making it an ideal role for those seeking consistent daytime work. The dishwasher position is critical to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen and food preparation areas. Responsibilities include scrubbing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils; ensuring compliance with all safety procedures; and maintaining an orderly dishwashing area. This role requires previous dishwashing experience and offers a pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, along with benefits such as free meals and uniform services at select locations.

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- polishes silver using burnishing equipment or by hand
- maintains compliance with safety procedures and chemical levels
- keeps dish area orderly and maintains kitchen safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage containers
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies
- performs additional duties as assigned
