Job Requirements

- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth per equipment and procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation regulations
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and deposits it in designated containers
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and products
- Performs other duties as assigned
