Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes
- washes dishes by hand or places them on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans, and trays
- polishes silver using burnishing machine and hand cloth
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and disposes of it properly
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
