Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas, making them easily accessible for kitchen staff and servers
- Assist the kitchen staff by providing them with clean and ready-to-use dishes, utensils, and equipment as they prepare and plate food
- Clean and maintain the dishwashing equipment, including regular cleaning, descaling, and following any maintenance procedures outlined by Olive Garden
- Handle the disposal of kitchen waste, including emptying trash bins and recycling containers
