Job Requirements
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and safety standards
- Good physical condition to stand for long periods and lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and throughout the kitchen
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow sanitation procedures
- Remove trash and recyclables and keep waste areas tidy
- Assist with basic food prep and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored, and ready for use
- Follow safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Support the kitchen team and perform additional duties as assigned
