Job Requirements
- Ability to work 5 nights a week up to 35 hours
- available Monday and Wednesday through Saturday dinner/night shifts from 5/6 to 10 PM
- diligence and consistency in washing dishes
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- willingness to assist with additional kitchen duties
- physical stamina to handle manual labor
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance
- good teamwork and communication skills
- understanding of food safety standards

- physically able to perform manual labor tasks
Job Duties
- Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots
- maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances such as coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers, and stoves
- bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware
- helping other team members to unload and store deliveries
- assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
- adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
- take out the trash
- rinse garbage cans
