The role of Dishwasher at Centrico and Tiendita is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that underpin the quality of the guest experience. As a Dishwasher, whether full-time or part-time, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen equipment are meticulously cleaned and sanitized according to health standards. This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of the kitchen and the overall guest satisfaction, as every clean plate and utensil contributes directly to the safety and delight of our patrons.

You will be responsible for operating dishwashers and manually cleaning kitchenware, ensuring that sanitizer levels align with strict health guidelines. In addition, you will maintain an organized storage system for clean items, oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen work area—including floors, walls, and cooking stations—and manage waste disposal efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, as you will regularly move heavy items and work on your feet throughout your shift.
