- Wash dishes, woks, pots or pans by hand
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Water plants
- Keep grounds free from trash
- Perform light prep and portioning
