Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Caregiver preferred but not required
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification training provided upon hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and sanitary
- Comply with federal, state, and local sanitation standards for community operation
- Incorporate Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions
- Operate kitchen cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Follow proper waste disposal protocols
