The role available is that of a Dish Washer, a critical position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining service areas. As a Dish Washer at SAGE, you will play a vital role in ensuring that kitchens and service areas remain clean and orderly, facilitating a seamless dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of utensils, dishes, and pots, restocking and replenishing serving lines and stations, and ensuring the proper setup and sanitation of kitchen equipment. Interaction with guests and team members is encouraged, with a focus on providing service with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. Job Requirements

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures
Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience
Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen
