This role is for a Dishwasher/Utility position, a crucial part of the Red Lobster team that ensures the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the restaurant. As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, including washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware. You will operate the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment safely and correctly while supporting the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as preparing Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The role requires a strong focus on teamwork and customer service, adhering to all cleaning and safety protocols to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. Physical demands of the position include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, as well as standing for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
