Located in Dallas, Texas, the position available is that of a Utility Cleaner within the Food and Beverage and Culinary categories. This full-time, non-management role is essential in supporting multiple hotel functions such as kitchen operations, food and beverage services, and laundry departments to ensure an immaculate and welcoming environment for guests. The Utility Cleaner plays a crucial role by preparing clean linens and tableware, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, washers, and dryers, and transporting linens and dishware across the hotel.

This position demands a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and preserving a neat uniform and professional appearance are fundamental expectations. The role also involves active participation in a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, moving, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, prolonged periods of standing and walking, and performing activities that require bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching. The Utility Cleaner contributes significantly to achieving shared team goals by establishing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across departments and effectively responding to employee concerns.
