This full-time, non-management position is based in Georgetown, Texas, at the Sheraton hotel located at 1101 Woodlawn Ave. The role is crucial in supporting the essential operations across various hotel departments, including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. As a Utility Cleaner at Sheraton, you will ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, which directly impacts guest satisfaction and the smooth running of hotel functions.
The Utility Cleaner role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, such as preparing fresh linens, maintaining spotless dining ware, and operating cleaning equipment like dishwashers, hand wash stations, and linen washers and dryers. You will also be responsible for transporting dishware and linens within the hotel, contributing to a seamless guest experience. This position requires physical endurance and the ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
