Job Duties

  • Load run and unload the dish machine
  • maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
  • keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective
  • report any problems immediately
  • handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
  • perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • be available to work weekends and some holidays
  • fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
