As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen and restaurant cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware using safe and correct machine operation. This includes emptying kitchen and other area trash, maintaining all restaurant areas by following rigorous cleaning and safety protocols. You will also assist kitchen cooks in preparation tasks, including making Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and collaborate closely with the team to maintain a customer- and team-focused atmosphere. This role demands physical stamina to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, safely handle loads up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive movements such as bending and reaching.
