The position of Utility Cleaner is an integral support role within the hotel's operational framework. Utility Cleaners provide essential services across multiple departments, including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves a variety of tasks such as preparing fresh linen and spotless dining ware for guest use, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like dishwashing machines and linen washers and dryers, and transporting linens and dishware throughout the hotel. Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience necessary
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- Willingness to perform various reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
