As a Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. This position requires dedication to upholding hygiene standards and supporting the kitchen team by ensuring all cookware, utensils, and dining ware are meticulously cleaned and sanitized. The role involves operating dishwashing equipment safely and assisting with various food prep tasks like making their signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility work helpful but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
  • wash and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • safely operate the dishwasher and other equipment
  • empty all kitchen and other area trash
  • work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
  • follow all cleaning and safety protocols
