Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred but not required
- ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds
- must be able to frequently bend and stoop
- must be able to frequently immerse hands in hot and cold water
- willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- must be able to hear well in an environment with loud background noise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and areas
- stack clean dishes and silverware on the line
- prepare kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations
- clean machines and appliances, such as dishwashers and mixers
- unload and store deliveries if necessary
- sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
- take out the trash and rinse garbage cans
- support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
