The community is part of a rapidly growing national network of senior living communities that pride themselves on compassion, excellence, and inclusivity. Erickson Senior Living is known for fostering an environment that supports both residents and employees, encouraging personal growth, professional development, and work-life balance.
Highland Springs seeks to employ Dishwashers who will be pivotal in ensuring that the kitchen operations run seamlessly, ultimately contributing to an exceptional dining experience for residents. The role of a Dishwasher / Utility Worker is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within kitchen, dining, and storage areas. This position supports the inventory and stock management processes, assisting colleagues to ensure that supplies are accounted for and equipment remains in optimal condition. Safety is a top priority, and the role requires the use of designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), to create a hazard-free work environment.
The position offers compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. It is an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a respected senior living community where standard late-night restaurant hours are replaced with more balanced work schedules, contributing to a higher quality of life. Employees who work 30 or more hours are eligible for discounted medical and dental benefits, 401k with company contributions, onsite medical care, free parking, and educational assistance programs. Highland Springs emphasizes growth opportunities not only within the dining department but across other departments as well, making it an ideal place for career advancement.
Join Highland Springs and become part of a team that prides itself on providing compassionate care and exceptional service to seniors. With its beautiful environment, supportive team culture, and commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity employment, Highland Springs offers a fulfilling career path for those dedicated to serving others and wanting to make a meaningful impact in the community.
