This position is an entry-level role primarily focused on dishwashing and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area. It is an hourly retail role with a wage range between $17.50 and $21.45 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Kitchen Team Member will perform duties such as washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares; maintaining cleanliness of floors, walls, mats, drains, and shelves in the kitchen; assisting with kitchen deliveries including storage and rotation of products; and performing opening, mid, and closing duties to ensure a clean and safe environment. This role requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic, good time management skills, and a passion for cleanliness and natural foods.
