Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- no related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods during an entire shift
- ability to lift frequently up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull
- punctuality and regular attendance
- willingness to work mornings, afternoons/evenings, some weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual work attendance
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels and cleaning materials
- attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
