Red Lobster is currently seeking part-time Dishwashers/Utility team members to join their dynamic and friendly workforce. The Dishwasher/Utility role involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and maintains the cleanliness and safety essential for guest satisfaction. Core duties include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as maintaining all areas of the restaurant including kitchen and dining spaces. The position requires safe and correct operation of dishwashing equipment and other machinery, emptying trash from kitchen and other designated areas, and supporting cooks with food prep duties such as helping prepare Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. The role demands a focus on teamwork and a guest-first mindset, with employees expected to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols rigorously.

Candidates for this role must meet physical requirements including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely, as well as the capacity to remain standing and move throughout the restaurant during 8 to 12-hour shifts. While culinary experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and Red Lobster values team players with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
