Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment is an advantage
- Availability to work part-time, seasonal shifts including holidays and weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings as per company policy
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting items up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensures proper and safe handling and storage of equipment, returning equipment to appropriate location
- Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas
- Cleans and maintains sanitation areas and organizes cleaning supplies including hanging up mops and brooms
- Organizes supply rack, including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc.
- Operates cleaning equipment and tools to ensure only clean and sanitary items are used in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
- Racks dirty items (silverware, plates, glassware, etc.)
- Inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items
