- open availability for morning, mid and night shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment to approved sanitation standards
- return clean items back to their proper location
- sweep, mop and perform general cleaning
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas
- ensure all kitchen and restaurant equipment is clean and orderly
- assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
- follow health and safety regulations
