Based in Miami at the ADP location, Sodexo is currently seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations during weekday morning shifts. The offered hourly wage range is competitive, between $14 and $16.50, reflecting commitment to fair compensation.

The Dishwasher role is integral to maintaining sanitation and cleanliness throughout food production and service areas. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes either manually or using dishwashing machines, sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as sweeping, mopping, cleaning floors, and removing trash. This position requires physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, sometimes over eight hours, and the ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds. The Dishwasher also assists with restocking cleaning supplies and general setup and breakdown tasks as needed.

This position is ideal for individuals beginning their careers or seeking a role without prior food service experience since no related work experience is necessary. However, candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety concepts.
