Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to work full-time shifts including AM and PM schedules
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Strong sense of hygiene and adherence to safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Availability for immediate start
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is beneficial but not always required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment
- Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management
