Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members by assisting with other cleaning duties as needed
- Manage dishwashing workflow efficiently to meet restaurant demands
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
