Job Duties
- clean dishes utensils and cooking equipment thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure dishes are sanitized according to health regulations
- assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- organize and store cleaned items properly
- monitor and report any equipment malfunctions
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
