Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen setting
Job Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, including cleaning sinks, dishwashers, and surrounding areas regularly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service and catering events
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Aid in setting up banquet or catering stations by providing clean serving ware and assisting with basic food prep as directed
