Job Duties

  • Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards

  • Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, including cleaning sinks, dishwashers, and surrounding areas regularly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service and catering events
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Aid in setting up banquet or catering stations by providing clean serving ware and assisting with basic food prep as directed
