Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
  • willingness to adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • reliable and punctual
  • minimum age requirement of 18 years

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in dishwashing or food service environment preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good teamwork and communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
  • store and rack cleaned items properly
  • maintain sparkling clean restrooms
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
  • support kitchen staff by providing necessary cleaned equipment
  • follow health and safety protocols
