- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- prior experience in dishwashing or food service environment preferred

- basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- store and rack cleaned items properly
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- support kitchen staff by providing necessary cleaned equipment
- follow health and safety protocols
