Job Duties

assist the kitchen supervisor and/or cook as requested
timely setting up of meal service, maintenance of food carts and delivery of meal trays
adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up
keep work areas clean including sweeping/mopping floors, sterilizing counter tops, and wiping down storage areas
wash and clean cooking equipment, utensils, meal service trays, etc.
return clean dishes and utensils to the proper storage areas
collect and carry out garbage
follow all safety regulations and precautions at all times
maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
