Job Duties
- clean dishes, glassware, and utensils thoroughly to maintain health standards
- sanitize kitchen tools, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness
- organize and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- support team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment
