Job Duties

  • clean dishes, glassware, and utensils thoroughly to maintain health standards
  • sanitize kitchen tools, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness
  • organize and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
  • assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • dispose of waste and recyclables properly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation policies
  • support team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment
