Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to follow hygiene and safety standards consistently
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and manual cleaning
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- Monitor the dish machine continuously for cleanliness and proper functioning
- Keep the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways clean and sanitized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and prevent breakage or loss
- Adhere to all hygiene and food safety protocols
- Report any equipment malfunctions or sanitation issues immediately
- Assist with sanitation bucket monitoring and kitchen organization
