Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and work stations
- properly dispose of trash and waste materials
- sanitize guest and team member touch points
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- report maintenance issues promptly
