Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and work stations
  • properly dispose of trash and waste materials
  • sanitize guest and team member touch points
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • assist kitchen staff as needed
  • report maintenance issues promptly
