- ability to work flexible hours
- prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience is a plus
- must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- load, run, and unload the dish machine
- monitor the dish machine to ensure cleanliness and effectiveness
- report any dish machine problems immediately
- keep the dish room clean and organized
- mop and sanitize kitchen floors and dining room hallways
- monitor sanitation buckets
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and prevent breakage or loss
- follow proper hygiene and food safety measures
