Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- Ability to wear protective gear for entire shifts
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishware and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely
- Assist in general utility tasks including cleaning of kitchen floors and surfaces
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support smooth operations
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Follow protocols for handling cleaning chemicals safely
