- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds

- basic understanding of dishwashing equipment operation
- ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or food service is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- maintain clean restaurant environment adhering to health and safety standards
- support kitchen staff as needed with preparation and organization
- properly operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its cleanliness
- handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies
- monitor dishwashing inventory and report supply needs
- comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
