Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization
- demonstrated reliability including strong attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all china, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in proper working condition
- store all cleaned equipment and supplies in designated areas
- sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- ensure all kitchen work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- assist with transporting food, equipment, and supplies throughout the venue as needed
- support kitchen staff with additional tasks as assigned by the management team
