The role of Dishwasher at Legends Global is a critical position within the Food and Beverage department. Reporting directly to the Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager, this hourly position involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all kitchenware, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. The Dishwasher ensures that the kitchen environment is safe, organized, and fully prepared to support ongoing kitchen operations efficiently. This role requires a diligent individual who can manage physical tasks such as washing dishes by hand or machine, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas and kitchen floors. They also assist in transporting food and supplies as needed and support kitchen staff by performing other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization
- demonstrated reliability including strong attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all china, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in proper working condition
- store all cleaned equipment and supplies in designated areas
- sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- ensure all kitchen work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- assist with transporting food, equipment, and supplies throughout the venue as needed
- support kitchen staff with additional tasks as assigned by the management team
