- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is an advantage

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and work areas
- ensure safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- keep dishwasher area organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- assist culinary and service teams by providing clean and ready supplies
- follow all health and safety regulations
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
